How long will it take to process?
Returns can take 10-12 days processing time once they reach our warehouse. Please remember that it may take your financial institution up to 30 days or one billing cycle from the date we issue your credit for it to post in your account. If you paid by check or money order we will send you a check in 10-15 days from the time we receive your return. -
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return a Venom product please include your original receipt.

When preparing your item(s) for shipment, please use the following guidelines to assist us in expediting your repair and keeping your repair cost for you to a minimum.
• Include your return address, **We can NOT return ship to PO Boxes.**
• If you are sending loose items, please seal them in a bag to avoid loss. Make sure to secure all parts to prevent further damage.
• Ship your package “Insured” and ask for a “Delivery Confirmation” with a tracking number.
• Note on the shipping box # of items being shipped.
* Venom™ will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.*

What are your general return policies?
Venom warrants its products to be free of material and workmanship defects when new. If a component is defective or was not correctly made, Venom will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace it free of charge within 90 days from date of purchase. If you believe a defect became evident only after operation, please contact us to discuss the situation.
A dated & itemized sales receipt must accompany any product returned for warranty work. Before returning any product, please contact Venom Customer Service at 1-800-705-0620 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
We guarantee products to be free of manufacturing faults and material defects. Products have been checked and adjusted individually before leaving the manufacturer. Please contact your local hobby shop for replacement parts and technical support or contact Venom Customer Service at 1-800-705-0620 or email us at customerservice@venom-group.com .
