What does 20C or 15C mean?
C = Capacity / 1000. The “C” rating of a lithium polymer battery denotes how much current you can draw out of a pack at a continuous rate.
Example: 1000mah 20C Pack. 1000/1000 = 1, 1 x 20 = 20 Amps
1500mah 25C Battery 1500/1000 = 1.5, 1.5 x 25 = 37.5 Amps -
What rate do I charge my LiPO Battery?
With any lithium pack you never want to exceed 1C. C = Capacity/1000
Example: 5000mah/1000 = 5 amp charge rate
2500mah/1000 = 2.5 amp charge rate
